What to do

Report the profile to the dating app / social platform so it is taken down
Report to Action Fraud (UK), Scamwatch + ReportCyber (AU), IC3.gov + FTC (US)
Tighten dating-app privacy: profile not indexable, no real surname, no work or location detail
Talk to a victim-support service (Victim Support, IDCARE, FightCybercrime) — many run free romance-scam recovery groups
Expect a 'recovery agent' to contact you in 1-12 weeks — they are also scammers; never pay them
