Expect a 'recovery agent' or 'crypto-tracing lawyer' to message you within 30 days — they are scammers; never pay them
Talk to a victim-support service (Victim Support UK, IDCARE in AU/NZ, FightCybercrime US) — pig-butchering trauma is well documented
