Treat every voice from the original chat as part of the scam, including 'support agents'.
What to do
- Open bank recalls and card chargebacks for every payment regardless of who suggested it
- Report crypto txids to the receiving exchange and to your national fraud authority
- Stop any further deposit, fee or tax — none of these unlock real funds
- Block all 'mentors' and 'agents' and do not warn them you are reporting
