Race the attacker to each account that uses your number.
What to do
- Call the carrier from another phone, prove identity and reverse the swap
- Lock the carrier account with a port-out PIN immediately
- Reset email, then bank, then crypto, then social — in that order
- Freeze cards and dispute every unauthorised transaction with the bank
- If crypto wallets were on the same device, move remaining funds to a new wallet on a clean device
