    What to do

      • Uninstall every remote-access tool you don't recognise or actively use
      • Run Malwarebytes or Windows Defender Offline / a reputable Mac scanner
      • Sign out of all sessions on the bank, email and password manager
      • Change banking passwords from a different device, then sign back in here
