If you might have installed something on the scammer's request, find it and remove it before banking again.
What to do
- Open Apps / Installed programs and sort by install date — look at the last 30 days
- Search specifically for AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Quick Assist, LogMeIn, Zoho Assist, Chrome Remote Desktop, Splashtop
- Check Task Manager / Activity Monitor for unfamiliar background processes
- Check the browser for new extensions you don't remember adding
