- List every account that uses SMS for 2FA or password reset (banks, email, crypto, social)
- Check those accounts' Recent activity for unfamiliar logins around the time you lost signal
- Check the email tied to the carrier account for password-reset alerts you didn't request
- Note the exact time signal dropped — banks and the carrier need this for the dispute
