How to find who you're sharing your location with

Most 'someone is tracking me' situations turn out to be a forgotten share — a partner you set up Find My with years ago, a Google Maps share you never ended, a family-sharing group from an old phone.

Open Find My → People tab. Anyone listed sees your live location. Tap a name to see when sharing started.

Open Google Maps → tap your profile picture → Location sharing. Each person and the duration is listed.

Snapchat: Map → settings cog → check 'Who Can See My Location'. Life360: profile → manage circles. Facebook Messenger: settings → location.

Apple: Settings → Family. Google: families.google.com. A group set up years ago may still be active and the organiser may have visibility.
