Pin down what you sent and how — the recovery options depend on it.
What to do
- List every deposit: date, amount, payment method, receiving wallet or account
- Search the platform name + 'scam' + your country's regulator (FCA, ASIC, SEC, FINRA)
- Check whether the platform is on the FCA / ASIC / SEC warning lists
- Save every chat, screenshot, app install link and the platform's website before it disappears
- Note who introduced you and via which app — that is the scammer's profile
