What to do
- Note exact times: signal dropped, you noticed, you regained service
- Ask the carrier for the SIM-swap log (which store/online portal initiated it, what ID was shown)
- List every account that uses your number for SMS-2FA or password reset
- Save all bank/crypto/email alerts from the same window
