Good to know
1. Enable Two-Step Verification
- Settings → Sign in & security → Two-step verification
- Choose Authenticator app (recommended) or SMS
- Save recovery codes offline
2. Review Connected Applications
- Settings → Data privacy → Other applications
- Remove apps you don't recognise or no longer use
3. Verify Contact Information
- Confirm your email addresses under Account settings
- Add a phone number for recovery
- Remove old email addresses
4. Review Active Sessions
- Check Where you're signed in regularly
- Sign out of unrecognised sessions
5. Strengthen Your Password
- Use a unique password of at least 16 characters
- Never reuse elsewhere
- Use a password manager
6. Privacy Settings
- Control your profile visibility under Visibility settings
- Manage who can see your connections
- Limit profile visibility to logged-in members
- Review data sharing preferences
