Good to know
1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication
- Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication
- Choose Authentication App (recommended) or SMS
- Save backup codes securely offline
2. Review Third-Party Apps
- Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
- Remove unrecognised or unused apps
3. Verify Contact Information
- Confirm email and phone under Personal Information
- Use a secure email only you access
- Enable login request notifications
4. Review Login Activity
- Check Settings → Security → Login Activity regularly
- Log out of unrecognised sessions
5. Strengthen Your Password
- Use a unique password of at least 16 characters
- Never reuse elsewhere — use a password manager
6. Privacy Settings
- Set account to Private if personal
- Restrict who can message you
- Disable activity status if not needed
- Review tagged photos and manage tag settings
