- Submit a support ticket with your account details
- LinkedIn may ask you to verify your identity with a government-issued ID

Step 4: Secure Your Account Once Recovered
- Change your password to a strong, unique one
- Enable two-step verification (Settings → Sign in & security → Two-step verification)
- Review active sessions and sign out of all
- Check and restore your email address and phone number
- Review connected third-party apps under Settings → Data privacy → Other applications
- Check your connections, messages, and posts for suspicious activity
